321 Coffee Now Available in Wegmans Across North Carolina

Raleigh, N.C. (October 28, 2025) — 321 Coffee, the Raleigh-based specialty coffee roaster known for its inclusive workforce, is proud to announce its newest retail partnership with Wegmans. Shoppers can now find 321 Coffee’s signature roasts on shelves at all Wegmans locations across North Carolina, including Raleigh, West Cary, Wake Forest, and Chapel Hill.
Wegmans becomes the third major grocery retailer to carry 321 Coffee, following successful launches in Whole Foods and Food Lion in 2024. This milestone marks continued growth for 321 Coffee, whose mission is to make excellent specialty coffee accessible while creating more meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The partnership between Wegmans and 321 Coffee began with a meaningful connection: Megan Czejkowski, a 321 Coffee barista who also works on the grocery customer service team at the Raleigh Wegmans.
“We are always looking for regional brands to feature in our North Carolina stores, and 321 Coffee was the perfect fit,” said Kristy N., Coffee Category Merchant at Wegmans. “Thanks to Megan, we had the chance to meet the owners at their Raleigh café and discovered we share very similar values. We’re thrilled to welcome 321 Coffee into our Wegmans stores!”
