321 represents Down syndrome, the 3rd copy of the 21st chromosome. A lot of the patterns used throughout our brand are inspired by DNA (chromosome) mapping. At 321, we are proud to employ people with all different types of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

It’s true that individuals with disabilities can be paid below minimum wage per Section 14(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act. All of our employees are paid base rates starting above minimum wage + tips.

Absolutely! We’d love to be a part of your celebration. You can ship any of our online products to someone by setting the delivery address to the house you want it sent to.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

We do not currently work with volunteers in our operations. All of our baristas are paid employees, and the baristas and managers run the operations together.
The best way to support our team is to come for a cup of coffee with your friends and family or have 321 shipped to you!
