321 hand-crafts every bean for the perfect blend. Centered around innovative design and accessible equipment, our coffee is roasted weekly for the freshest quality. With 4 blends sustainably made in-house, there is something for everyone. It is coffee, you can count on.
Our focus on accessible roasting gives 321 staff members the ability to complete the roasting process independently from start to finish. In traditional roasting, there are many physical barriers that make roasting coffee with standard equipment difficult for our staff. These processes require physical strength, balance, the ability to climb stairs, and strong dexterity.
At our roasting facility we address these barriers with innovative design and better equipment that is more accessible - creating a workplace independence for our roasters.

Our roasting facility allows us to create new jobs through roasting, fulfillment and tour/workshops. These jobs allow our employees to learn more about roasting, execute replicable processes, and develop skills in communication
