The City of Raleigh is proud to announce the Fall 2023 Impact Partner Grant winners. One of those winners is 321 Coffee, a social enterprise that empowers individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing employment opportunities. The Impact Partner Grant funding will be used to expand their services and employment opportunities using a mobile coffee cart.
