Students from Meredith College’s Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management Program visited non-profit 321 Coffee to meet founder and social entrepreneur Lindsay Wrege. The students talked with Wrege about how as a student she took 321 Coffee from a pop-up coffee service at NC State to operating today as permanent vendors at the NC State Farmers Market.
