A Raleigh-based coffee shop that employs people with disabilities is expanding again, this time with its own roasting facility. On the heels of opening its third location, 321 Coffee has announced plans to open a roasting facility in Raleigh. But it won’t be like any other roastery in the area – the company is working with Lenovo and EngageNC to utilize technology to make the facility fully accessible.
