321 Coffee Visits Poole Students for Much-Needed Study Breaks

Poole College of Management students will have the opportunity to stop for a coffee break in Nelson Hall as 321 Coffee will be in the PCJ lobby on the second floor on Nov. 29, Dec. 8 and Dec. 9. Founded by Poole alumna Lindsay Wrege, 321 Coffee is a coffee shop and roaster built on inclusion. Based in Raleigh, they currently employ over 40 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). “They are the ones roasting the coffee, taking the orders and making the lattes,” said Wrege. “We are demonstrating the value of an inclusive business model.”
