ICYMI, 321 Coffee opened a new shop in Durham last weekend. The celebration continued yesterday morning when the coffee shop was featured on the TODAY show. Founders Lindsay Wrege and Michael Evans gushed about their crew and mission during the interview. The inclusive coffee shop and roastery now has three Triangle locations and employs more than 50 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
