Giving Policy

321 Coffee does not accept unsolicited donation requests, so we may not respond to a request that is received.

Guided by our mission and commitment to doing business right, we recognize the importance of supporting other mission-driven organizations, especially those also taking steps to advance disability inclusion. We, in turn, commit to financial contributions, product donations, product discounts, and community partnerships when possible and feasible. 

In giving, we prioritize organizations that actively promote 321 Coffee’s core values:

• Provide and promote meaningful work opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

• Recognize the value and highlight the strengths of others to create something greater than you could do alone.

2. Do Business the Right Way

• Promote and utilize strong ethics throughout the supply chain and employee base.

• Use environmentally responsible products, packaging, and processes whenever possible.

• Support other local businesses serving the Triangle.
